What happens when balance runs out?

When balance is zero, AI functions become unavailable. All your data is saved, you can view and download it. After top-up, functions are restored automatically.

Yes, we offer special conditions for medical organisations depending on the number of doctors and usage volume. Contact us for calculation.

Can I try before paying?

For individual users — up to £2 free every month. For clinics we provide demo access and pilot period.

How is the invoice for organisations formed?

For organisations we provide a complete package of closing documents: contract, invoice, and payment confirmation. Payment by bank transfer.

What data security guarantees?

All data is encrypted during transmission and storage. Compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Servers are located in certified data centres within the EEA.
