User Manual

Information necessary for operating Health Vault:

1. System Access — Open a web browser and go to the application login page. Wait for the page to load.
2. Registration — Create an account in the system (registration is free).
3. Authorization (Login) — Click 'Sign In' and choose your login method. After successful authorization, you will be redirected to your personal account.
4. Main Interface Sections — After logging in, main sections are available: 'Medical Records' (documents), 'Timeline' (chronology and charts), 'Reports', 'Account' (profile settings).
5. Medical Document Upload — Go to the document upload section and add a file. Supported formats: PDF (up to 50 MB), JPEG/JPG (up to 20 MB), PNG (up to 20 MB). Drag and drop is also available.
6. Automatic Recognition — After upload, the system automatically recognizes text, determines document type, and extracts structured data (indicators, dates, diagnoses), with subsequent highlighting of deviations from reference values if detected.
7. Data Review and Editing — Open the processed document, check extracted data, and if necessary, manually correct recognition errors. Save the result after making changes.
8. Analytics and Dynamics View — Use the 'Timeline' section and charts to view indicator dynamics over time, filter records by types and dates, and analyze trends.
9. Report Generation — Go to the 'Reports' section, select report type (e.g., general health report, dynamics report, report for doctor), set period if needed, and start generation. The finished report can be viewed and downloaded (PDF).
10. Data Exchange with Doctor — Open a document or report and click 'Share'. Specify link validity period, copy the link, and send it to the doctor. Doctor's access is limited by time and can be revoked by the user.
11. Data Deletion and Account Management — Users can delete individual documents or delete the entire account (along with data) in profile settings. Data access is provided to third parties only at the user's initiative (through access links).
