What happens when balance runs out?

When balance is zero, AI functions become unavailable. All your data is saved, you can view and download it. After top-up, functions are restored automatically.

Yes, we offer special conditions for medical organisations depending on the number of doctors and usage volume. Contact us for a calculation.

Can I try before paying?

For individual users — up to £2 free every month. For clinics we provide demo access and a pilot period.

How is invoicing handled for organisations?

For organisations we provide invoices with full documentation. Payment by bank transfer or card.
