Health Vault accepts a wide range of medical documents — from MRI and ultrasound reports to doctor consultations and discharge summaries. Artificial intelligence extracts key findings and creates a structured summary linked to your health timeline.
What You Can Upload
- MRI, CT, and other imaging study reports
- Ultrasound protocols and conclusions
- Doctor consultations and outpatient notes
- Medical summaries and discharge epics
- Any other medical documents as PDF or image files
How to Upload
- Open the Documents section in Health Vault.
- Go to the Upload tab.
- Select a file with your medical document.
- Wait for processing — the system recognizes the text and extracts key information.
What You Get
- Structured report highlighting main diagnoses, findings, and recommendations
- AI summary — a concise plain-language overview of the document
- Health timeline link — the document is added to your chronology alongside other medical data
- Original access — the source file is preserved next to extracted data for verification
