AI Dictation
The AI dictation tool helps doctors avoid spending time on paperwork during a visit. It records, transcribes, and turns the visit into a structured protocol based on the clinic's template — with sections ready for export to the MIS.
Recording scenarios
- Dictation — the doctor dictates the conclusion after the examination, and the system turns speech into text.
- Dialogue — a recording of the conversation with the patient; AI extracts complaints, medical history, examination, and prescriptions.
What the doctor gets
- Transcript — the full text of the recording, split by time.
- Protocol from a template — a report in the structure used by the clinic, with sections designed for the MIS.
- Code for the MIS — access for handing the protocol over to the medical information system (see MIS Integration).

How it works
